Dr. Art Foley is a Board Certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He has been in solo practice here in Olympia since 1980. Dr. Foley has active staff privileges at St. Peter hospital, Columbia Capital Medical Center and Mason General hospital. Dr. Foley obtained his undergraduate training at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He attended medical school at Michigan State University. Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Foley served as a medical missionary in Liberia, West Africa. He then returned to the United States where he undertook training in general surgery and plastic surgery in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Dr. Foley is a native of Michigan and has lived in Ann Arbor, East Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Rogers City. Dr. Foley has a wide variety of extra curricular interests including windsurfing, mountain climbing, cycling, running, water skiing, snow skiing, kayaking and other outdoor sports.
